Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an injury, pre- or postnatal, or aiming for specific improvements, one-on-one sessions provide a focused, hands-on experience that maximizes progress and safety. 

How does it work?

  • The sessions take place at your home (Amsterdam) or in-studio (flexible scheduling)
  • For reformer pilates – Bodyvita (Amsterdam, 2 locations Kerkstraat (Centre) and Koninginneweg (South)
  • You need a thick mat, I will bring the props (pilates ball, therabands, foamroller, massage balls, magic circle etc.)
  • You can always bring a friend/family member 🙂
