I offer specialized pilates technique lessons because many of my clients have shared their frustrations with regular group classes—often feeling rushed, unable to get personal feedback, and even experiencing injuries due to improper form or lack of individual attention.
These lessons allow you to slow down, focus on your alignment, and gain confidence in your movements, so you can practice pilates effectively and safely—whether you’re in a class, at home, or on your own.

Everyone who wants to learn proper technique. My pilates technique lessons are designed to deepen your understanding of pilates fundamentals. These lessons are not only educational but also fun and engaging! You will constantly be on your mat experiencing the theory.

- Includes an e-book or printed handout with detailed explanations and visuals for the exercises, ensuring you can continue to practice independently.

- You’ll be encouraged to practice short exercises at home each week—because consistency is key to seeing real progress!
